Key Responsibilities

  • Develop consumer-driven marketing strategies based on Korean market insights
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (media, digital, PR, promotions)
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams (US & APAC) to localize global strategies
  • Lead brand activation initiatives across online and offline channels
  • Partner closely with sales and distribution teams to align marketing and commercial strategies
  • Manage annual marketing budget and optimize ROI
  • Support new product launches and category expansion (GTM strategy)
  • Manage external agencies to maximize performance and ensure consistent delivery

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing
  • Preferred background in FMCG or consumer electronics/home appliances
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing and media planning
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution and analytical skills
  • Fluent in both Korean and English (written and spoken)
