Job Purpose
This role
supports end-to-end recruitment operations and HR administration in line with
company standards,
with a strong focus on store hiring, new store opening recruitment, volume
hiring coordination,and recruitment data management
Key Responsibility;
- Recruitment Support: Support
full-cycle recruitment for both store (Sales, Stock, Supervisors) and office
positions, including hiring support for new store launches.
- Data
Management: Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and HR systems (Workday)
with high accuracy.
- Onboarding
Support: Handle logistics for new hires, including document collection and IT
account setup.
- HR Administration:
Support ad-hoc HR projects and general administrative tasks
- Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate professionally with internal teams and
external recruitment partners.
- Education: University graduate or above.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Recruitment, HR, or Administrative
support.

Industry: Experience in retail, luxury, or fast-paced environments is highly
preferred.
- Skills:
Proficiency in Workday (WD) and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple
vacancies and high-volume data.

Language: Professional proficiency in English (reading and writing).
