- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

- Strong willingness to learn and grow.

- Responsible, proactive, and professional attitude.

- Interest in shipping, freight markets, and international trade.

- Previous experience in shipping, maritime, or logistics industry

- Seafaring background with an interest in transitioning to a shore-based commercial role is highly encouraged
