[Position] Analog Design Engineer [Job Description] Design, simulate and driving characterization of the analog section of CMOS image sensors. Focusing on the high speed, low power and low noise circuit design. Transistor level analog circuits including noise analysis, transistor level circuit design, simulation, and verification using modern EDA/CAD and physical layout of analog circuits. Must be able to produce high-quality IC layouts, starting from schematics, at both block level and chip level. Design low noise amplifiers, bandgap, switched capacitor circuitry, and mixed signal control circuits. Characterize and optimize sensor for the best performance.
[Requirements] Çлç ÀÌ»ó (¼®»ç ¿ì´ë) Over 8 years analog circuit design experience. Familiar with image sensor readout architectures and understanding of how a CMOS pixel array operates. Experience with a variety of image sensors architectures including column-parallel architectures. Knowledge of circuit extraction and Cadence DFII and Mentor Graphics Calibre. Run fast Spice simulation for large analog / mixed signal blocks. Full custom physical layout skill of analog circuits with associated matching method and parasitic effects. CMOS image sensor top level and column readout architectures (Design/Tradeoffs). Switched capacitor techniques. Circuit noise analysis. High performance amplifier/comparator design.
