- Strategic procurement professional responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with key suppliers to maximize value, ensure supply chain stability, and foster future collaborations.
- The employee will be responsible to handle Korea base suppliers for cost management & Export to India.
- Purchasing background in Automotive preferred- OEM,Tier1(Wire Harness experience will be added advantage)
- Experience in handling supplier relationship including RFI/RFQ, Quote assessment & cost evaluation with suppliers to maintain reliability & competitiveness in Korea supplier procurement and contract management.
- Supports daily procurement operations, vendor relationships, and purchasing staff to ensure cost-effective, timely acquisition of goods and services
- Handle multiple projects & RFQs in squeezed and strict timelines to support cost effective solutions.

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Business administration

- Experience : 10~15 years in Automotive Industry preferably in Wiring harness.

- Strong relationship and knowledge in Korea market and extensive experience in Supplier relationship in Korea.

- Key skills include cost evaluation, contract negotiation, analytical decision-making using data, risk mitigation, and coordinating with stakeholders to align purchasing activities with project timelines

- In depth knowledge of Korea Automotive markets, suppliers and products like plastic parts(Connectors/F/b-J/B), Sheetmetal parts(Terminals), Electronics(relays/ECUs) and electrical parts(PDU/Inlets).

- Maintain Supplier payments/Payment term improvements/support supply chain.

- Work with cross region teams/report to management and ensure effective communication relationship b/w teams and suppliers.

- Good in Verbal English language to support India communication. English capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional global teams and stakeholders

- Data Analysis & Metrics

- Prefers candidates who has rich work experience at Korea branch office of global company(Matrix Org. - comprehension, experience and knowledge of complex organizational structures)
