Contribute to the sales growth and store image by ensuring correct product assortment and proactive merchandising strategies and activities according to the store typology, the markets trends and client demand.

- Propose and plan product assortments in collaboration with Central Merchandising, based on sales analysis, local market needs, and within the allocated financial budget
- Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data to maximize selling opportunities:
develop effective merchandising stories, drive sales of slow-moving items, and promote best sellers based on analysis and store feedback
- Manage inventory levels effectively to optimize sales and support events/promotions through appropriate stock transfers and delivery monitoring
- Maintain ongoing communication with store teams to gather feedback on products and customer responses, and provide summaries to local management and Central Merchandising for follow-up
- Prepare and distribute regular briefs and reports to ensure store managers and staff are wellinformed about new products, merchandising guidelines, and sales performance


[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç]

* Merchandising experience in luxury retail
: Minimum 5 years for Specialist / 10 years for Associate Merchandising Manager

- Knowledge of luxury market and luxury product
- Ability to adapt to new work scopes and multiple projects
- Proficient English Skills
- Expert Microsoft office management skills
