[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] O Sales / Channel / POS Management - Manage all channel account (Retail, WS, other channels) and contribution to domestic cosmetic business, sales target development and implementation with proper incentive scheme. - Lead negotiation with the retailers for new opening, renewal, event, promotion location, checkup progressing, keep searching for new POS opportunity for progression guidance with domestic manager - Communicate sales target to store managers, WS agencis and work together with store managers to achieve the target in terms of KPI management store by store - Analysis on sales by channel and by location and manage to productivities including sales forecasting - Plan and execute event for product launch and sales boosting plan refer to each brand manager¡¯s plan & discussion - Responsible set up & management of the brand pop up, VIP event and sales plan & sales management, POP UP Event field guiding & managing, new opening or renewal POS, POP UP event launching - Promotion, sales activation plan by retailer (on&offline all channel)based on launch/focus plan and sales seasonality - Report of Training / Promotion activities / market competitor¡¯s activities to VP. - Evaluation on shop condition and cleanness - Counter support : make and keep transition report on replacement of CM or key players, CRM related education support - POS visit, WS agency meeting regularly, check product shipments, other promotional material related, tester usage checkup report & support - Image management : furniture, visual merchandising maintenance of the status to apply, check by POS
O People Management - Manage the staff numbers per POS and TTL POS refer to the budget plan discussion with domestic manager - Ensure recruiting of qualified store managers and sales associate - Work closely with HR for any staff or payroll issues and insurance card on BA¡¯s retirement, letter of resignation, retirement, insurance card, etc - Motivate sales staffs to have team spirit and help them increase engagement to the company - Conduct annual people review and screen promotion candidates discussion with domestic manager - Detect key talent and develop them with short-term and long-term - Retain talented staff and endeavor making lower turn-over rate - Detect and capture people issue within the Brand to solve and improve the issue by closely working with HR - BA POS working & event scheduling review and discuss if there are any important discussion points with domestic manager - Fragrance pro team management - Evaluation on BA¡¯s Sales skill, attitude and performance Management of attitude, uniform and image with BBK Standard
O Quality of service & new comer commercial related training - Ensuring standard for quality, customer service and evaluate regularly in the stores : collaboration with RT&Q team - Be a role-model of field staff for delivering the prestige image of the brand - Develop the Brand image and selling skills in accordance to brand DNA - Monitoring the Store Display and Merchandising status - Mystery shop results analyzed and proposed action plans to follow-up with Bas - Conduct regular counter visits and ensure the development of SMs and Bas through regular appraisals - New BA training commercial related guidance & training in class, POS
