  1. Product Strategy & Management: 
    • - Develop and implement the overall product strategy for the assigned category, aligning it with broader business objectives and market trends.
    • - Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis and consumer insights gathering to identify growth opportunities and inform product strategy.
    • - Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints.
  2. Marketing & Campaign Management:
    • - Lead the development and execution of 360¡Æ integrated marketing campaigns (IMC/Digital/Retail) across all consumer touchpoints.
    • - Manage campaign budgets, track performance against KPIs, and optimize ROI.
    • - Develop compelling marketing materials, including digital assets and point-of-sale (POS) materials.
    • Inventory Management & Forecasting:
      • - Collaborate with the demand planning team to develop accurate sales forecasts and manage inventory levels.
      • - Minimize stock-outs and obsolescence while ensuring optimal product availability across all channels.
    • Budget & Cost Control:
      • - Manage the budget for the assigned category, including expense tracking and variance analysis. 
      • - Negotiate with vendors and agencies to secure favorable pricing and maximize cost efficiency.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
      • - Build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, RA, DP  to ensure seamless product launch execution.
      • - Manage external agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.

    • Years of Experience: 3-6 years
    • Experience: 
      • Minimum 3-years¡¯ experience in cosmetic industry
      • Deep Understanding of the Korean Beauty Landscape
      • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal
    • Language: Business Fluency in Korean and English
