Summary:
The Leisure Services Supervisor supports the daily operations of Splash Bay, the Wellness Club, and the Sauna, working closely with the Leisure Service Assistant Manager to ensure smooth and efficient facility performance. This role focuses on maintaining service quality, supervising frontline staff, ensuring guest safety, and supporting customer engagement initiatives. The Supervisor plays a key role in frontline leadership, resolving guest issues, coordinating schedules, and assisting in promotional program execution. This position is ideal for individuals seeking to develop management capabilities and grow into future leadership roles within the leisure service division.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of leisure facilities, including Splash Bay, Wellness Club, and Sauna
• Lead and support on-site duties of Leisure Services Agents to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle guest interactions and resolve first-level complaints; escalate complex issues to the Assistant Manager as needed
• Provide on-site feedback and guidance to maintain service quality and enhance guest satisfaction
• Prepare and maintain operational documentation, including daily reports, checklists, and incident reports
• Support onboarding of new employees and provide basic service and safety standards training
• Coordinate and supervise the on-site execution of events, promotions, and guest programs
• Monitor usage of consumables and operational supplies and assist with inventory management

Education and Qualifications:
• Bachelor¡¯s degree in Hospitality, Leisure/Sports Studies, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in leisure facility operations, waterpark, fitness/wellness center, or hospitality operations
• Experience in supervising frontline staff or shift operations preferred
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of safety standards, emergency procedures, and facility operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with weekends and holiday shifts required
• Proficiency in Korean required; English ability preferred
• CPR and First Aid Certified are an added advantage
