Position : Leisure Services Agent - Receptionist (워터파크 리셉션, 1년 이내)

INPSIRE Entertainment Resort Leisure 파트에서 Splash Bay(워터파크) 및 Hotel Leisure시설(호텔 풀 및 피트니스센터)에서 근무해주실 Leisure Services Agent - Receptionist 를 채용합니다. 스플래시 베이, 웰니스 클럽, 사우나의 일상적인 운영을 지원하며, 레저 서비스 관리자와 긴밀히 협력하여 시설이 원활하고 효율적으로 운영되도록 합니다. 서비스 품질 유지, 고객 안전 확보, 고객 참여 활동 지원에 중점을 둡니다. 서비스 부분 또는 접객 분야 1년 이내 경력자에 한하여 지원 가능 하며, CPR 및 수상인명구조요원 자격증 보유자(유효기간 내)와 5성급 호텔 및 대규모 물놀이 시설 근무 경력자는 우대합니다. 자세한 사항은 아래의 Job Description을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.


Summary:

The Leisure Services Agent - Receptionist supports the daily operations of Splash Bay, the Wellness Club, and the Sauna, working closely with the Leisure Service Supervisor to ensure smooth and efficient facility performance. This role focuses on maintaining service quality, ensuring guest safety, and supporting customer engagement initiatives.



Primary Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in procedures while providing friendly and professional customer service

• Manage reservations and admission tickets using scheduling and booking systems

• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding leisure services and facilities

• Accurately process payments, including cash and card transactions

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing documents and data entry

• Provide clear and helpful information about available services and facilities

• Handle guest concerns as the first point of contact and report issues to a supervisor when necessary

• Perform multiple tasks efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment

• Gain and apply basic knowledge of leisure and water park operations

• 고객을 맞이하고 체크인 절차를 진행하며 따뜻하고 전문적인 환영 서비스 제공

• 스케줄링 소프트웨어를 활용하여 객실 예약 및 레저·피트니스 입장 관리

• 전화 응대 및 피트니스 서비스, 레저 시설, 편의시설 관련 고객 문의 응답

• 결제 처리 및 현금 거래를 포함한 정확한 계산 업무 수행

• 리셉션 공간의 청결 및 정돈 상태 유지

• 서류 제출, 데이터 입력 등 기본적인 행정 및 관리 업무 지원

• 제공되는 레저 및 부대 서비스에 대한 정보 안내

• 고객의 불만 및 우려 사항을 1차적으로 대응하고, 필요 시 수퍼바이저에게 보고

• 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 멀티태스킹을 수행하며 업무를 체계적으로 관리

• 레저 및 워터파크 운영 개념에 대한 기본적인 이해를 바탕으로 고객 응대

• Requires a valid driver’s license and passport.

• Guess Facing work Environment

• Be able to stand for extended periods of time(while on duty)

• Be able to work in a fast-paced and Shift work environment

• Must be willing to travel locally and regionally to conduct business, and occasional travel within Korea. (해외 여행의 결격 사유가 없는 자)
