저희 인스파이어리조트의 아레나 운영팀에서 Video Supervisor를 채용합니다. 아레나 및 공연과 관련된 각종 Camera 및 Video장비의 운영 및 관리 업무를 담당합니다. 자세한 내용은 하기의 Job Description을 참조해주시기 바랍니다.


Position Summary (직무 개요):

This position is to supervise the video operation and equipment management of our arena.

The video supervisor helps the Sound team leader to crucial role in the coordination and execution of all video-related aspects of the events held in-house by our entertainment department.




Primary Duties and Responsibilities (주요 직무):


• Manage the technical design and operation of all in-house entertainment productions, with a primary focus on video aspects.

• Coordinate video filming, editing, cost analysis, and implementation of all events produced in-house, as requested.

• Collaborate with the sound team leader and other departments to ensure seamless integration of sound and video components.

• Review technical aspects of all contracts to ensure accurate information regarding video requirements.

• Oversee the load-in, performance, and load-out for assigned events, ensuring optimal video production quality.

• Maintain accurate labor and material records to ensure proper billing and cost transfer.

• Regularly communicate formally and informally with subordinates and team members.

• Recommend the purchase of equipment, supplies, and capital expenditures related to video production.

• Ensure a safe work environment in accordance with department policies and procedures.

• Attend pre-event meetings as needed to coordinate video production requirements.





Minimum Requirements


• Bachelor's Degree in Film Production, Media Arts, or related field, plus four years of supervisory experience in video filming and production in a sport, entertainment, theme park, theater, or multi-purpose facility.

• In lieu of a degree and previously mentioned experience, seven years of supervisory experience in video filming and production in a sport, entertainment, theme park, theatre or multi-purpose facility may be considered.

• Experience in the design, budgeting, construction, installation, operation





Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



• Extensive knowledge of video techniques, production processes, and industry best practices.

• Strong understanding of video design protocols and the ability to develop and implement preventive plans.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills for coordination with internal departments and external production crews.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and calm decision-making under pressure.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, signal-flow diagrams, and maintenance records.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed

• Must be willing to travel locally and regionally to conduct business, and occasional travel within Korea. (해외 여행의 결격 사유가 없는 자)
