INPSIRE Entertainment Resort, IT 팀에서 Network & Telecommunication Manager 업무를 담당해주실 분을 채용합니다. 전사 네트워크의 설계, 설치, 운영 및 유지보수 담당하는 자리로 최상의 고객서비스를 제공하기 위한 안정적이고 최고 성능의 IT 서비스를 제공합니다. 컴퓨터공학 또는 관련분야의 학사학위 이상 소지자로, 500명 이상의 임직원이 있는 곳에서 엔터프라이즈 통신, 인프라를 지원하는 네트워크 관리자로서 최소 7년 이상의 경력자를 찾고 있습니다. CCNP, CCIE 자격증 소지자를 우대합니다.

Position Summary:

This position manages the design, operation, and stability of enterprise-wide network and telecommunication environments, including Data, Voice, Video, Wireless networks, Cyber Security, Data Center Architectures, Load Balancers, WAN communication strategies, and international environments. The role also carries defined operational responsibility for PBX and Call Center solutions as part of overall telecommunication scope, representing a limited portion of total responsibilities.



Primary Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Lead enterprise network and telecommunication architecture, operation, and continuous improvement

• Design, operate, and standardize network systems, configurations, documentation, and monitoring

• Ensure availability, security, redundancy, and recovery of systems under management

• Diagnose and resolve complex network and communication issues

• Provide 24x7 operational support and participate in incident and change management

• Oversee PBX and Call Center platforms as part of telecommunication responsibilities, with effort proportionate to their scope

• Act as technical mentor and internal consultant to engineering staff

• Collaborate across teams and vendors to meet service level objectives

• Ensure compliance with confidentiality, privacy, and internal change management policies

• Promote service quality and perform other assigned duties



Minimum Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• 7+ years of enterprise network and telecommunication experience

• Strong knowledge of enterprise routing, switching, security, and load balancing technologies

• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, diagnostic and monitoring tools

• Working knowledge of major network vendors (e.g., Juniper, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet)

• Professional certifications (e.g., CCNP/CCIE) preferred

• Intermediate English reading and writing skills



Competencies

• Expertise in enterprise network and telecommunication environments

• Strong operational mindset with focus on stability and service quality

• Effective problem-solving, communication, and vendor management skills

• Knowledge of ITIL and COBIT frameworks

• Working-level understanding of PBX and Call Center platforms



Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Occasional off-hours support and on-call duties

• Domestic and international travel required

• Other physical or work requirements as business needs dictate

• Must be willing to travel locally and regionally to conduct business, and occasionally travel within Korea. (해외 여행의 결격 사유가 없는 자)
