[Position] IT_Server & Platform Manager (7³â ÀÌ»ó)Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the administration, optimization, and maintenance of Windows, Linux, and database servers to ensure high availability, performance, and security. This role involves leading a team of administrators and engineers, managing server infrastructures, and ensuring systems align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Manage and mentor a team of server administrators and engineers.
• Assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure the delivery of high-quality results.
• Collaborate with IT service & control, security, and application teams to meet business and technical objectives.
Server Infrastructure Management
• Oversee installation, configuration, and management of Windows and Linux servers.
• Plan and execute server upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Ensure secure, optimized configurations for on-premises and cloud-based environments.
• Manage database servers (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) to ensure optimal performance, data integrity, and availability.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting
• Implement monitoring solutions to ensure server health, availability, and performance.
• Respond to and resolve server-related incidents and escalations promptly.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Provides on-call 24/7 production support for designated systems.
Security & Compliance
• Work with security teams to enforce policies for server access, data protection, and compliance.
• Ensure servers adhere to industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and organizational standards.
• Maintain and test disaster recovery and backup solutions for critical systems.
Strategic Planning & Innovation
• Develop and execute strategies to modernize server infrastructures and improve efficiency.
• Assess emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve system capabilities.
• Plan and manage server-related projects, including migrations, consolidations, and expansions.
Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for server configurations, processes, and policies.
• Provide regular reports on server performance, availability, and project status to stakeholders.
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
Education and Certifications:
• Bachelor¡¯s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications such as MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert), RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer), AWS/Azure certifications, or DBA certifications (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server).
Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in managing Windows, Linux, and database servers.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Skills and Competencies:
• Expert knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Strong understanding of server virtualization and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Ansible, Python).
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Language Skills:
• Intermediate proficiency in English for business communication.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
• Capable of writing clear and concise emails, reports, and project updates in English.
• Adequate speaking skills to participate in meetings, provide status updates, and collaborate with global teams.

• Must be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time
• Requires occasional off-shift work, including late night and early morning hours.
• Ability to travel to remote locations up to 25%
