INSPIRE Entertainment Resort에서 Resort 내 모빌리티 서비스(Transportation, Parking, Valet, Shuttle)에 관련된 업무(외주 업체 관리 포함) 및 대규모 행사 교통통제 운영을 담당해 주실 Transportation Specialist를 채용합니다. Transportation Specialist는 리조트 내 모든 교통 및 수송 운영을 지원하고 관리합니다. 효율적인 고객 수송 전략 수립부터 인력 운영, 협력업체 관리, 그리고 안전 및 법적 규제 준수를 책임집니다. 특히 리조트 내 유관 부서와 긴밀히 협업하여 끊김 없는(Seamless) 이동 서비스를 제공하고, 차별화된 고객 경험을 창출하는 핵심적인 역할을 수행합니다. 최소 5년 이상 관련 업무 경력을 보유하신 분에 한하여 지원 가능하며, 5성급 호텔 및 대규모 복합 리조트 또는 테마파크 등의 시설물 출신 경력자, 국제 행사 수행 등의 경험이 있으신 분은 우대합니다.

Position Summary

The Transportation Specialist supports and manages all transportation and transit operations within the resort. This role is responsible for supporting the development of efficient guest transportation strategies, overseeing personnel and vendor management, and ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations. The Specialist plays a key role in delivering seamless mobility services and creating exceptional guest experiences through close collaboration with various departments within the resort.

주요 업무 및 책임 (Primary Duties and Responsibilities)

- 교통 전략: 리조트 전체 목표에 부합하는 종합적인 교통 및 수송 전략 수립을 지원하고 실행합니다. 교통 수요 데이터 분석을 통해 실무 개선 기회를 포착하고 혁신적인 솔루션을 제안합니다.

- 플릿(Fleet) 관리: 리조트 셔틀버스 일체의 운영 현황과 유지보수를 관리합니다. 안전성과 신뢰성 확보를 위해 협력업체를 상시 감독하며, 배차 모니터링을 통해 정시 운행률을 유지합니다.

- 고객 교통 서비스: 셔틀 운영, 대규모 행사(이벤트) 교통 통제 및 운영 등 리조트 내 방문객의 이동 동선을 최적화하고 실무적으로 조율합니다.

- 안전 및 규정 준수: 교통 관련 안전 프로토콜과 표준 수립을 지원하며, 관련 법적 규제 및 업계 가이드라인을 엄격히 준수합니다. 정기적인 현장 점검을 통해 위험 요소를 사전에 차단하고 시정 조치를 시행합니다.

- 비용 관리 및 분석: 부서 예산 내에서 운영 비용 효율화를 추진합니다. 서비스 품질 유지를 위한 비용 최적화 방안을 모니터링하고 관련 데이터를 분석합니다.

- 부서 간 협업: 카지노, 객실 서비스, 보안 등 유관 부서 실무진과 긴밀히 소통하여 교통 서비스가 리조트 운영 프로세스에 유기적으로 통합되도록 지원합니다.

- 기술 혁신 도입: 최신 모빌리티 기술 및 트렌드를 실무에 접목합니다. 차량 관제 시스템(FMS), 디지털 스케줄링 솔루션 등을 적극 활용하여 운영 효율을 높입니다.

- 외부 파트너사 관리: 외주 교통 업체와의 서비스 수준(SLA)을 모니터링하고 성과를 평가하며, 실무 차원의 원활한 파트너십을 관리합니다.

- 고객 서비스 극대화: 팀 내 최상의 서비스 문화를 실천합니다. 고객 불편 사항 발생 시 현장에서 선제적으로 대응하고 전문가다운 자세로 브랜드 경험을 제고합니다.

- 운영 체계 최적화: 교통 운영 정책 및 절차 개선에 참여합니다. 특히 성수기 및 대규모 이벤트(공연, 컨벤션 등) 수요에 맞춘 탄력적인 노선 조정과 배차 실행을 담당합니다.

- Transportation Strategy: Support the development and execution of comprehensive transportation and transit strategies aligned with resort objectives. Identify operational improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions through traffic data analysis.

- Fleet Management: Manage the operational status and maintenance of the resort's shuttle fleet. Supervise vendors to ensure safety and reliability, and monitor dispatching to maintain on-time performance.

- Guest Transportation Services: Optimize and coordinate guest movement and traffic flow within the resort, including shuttle operations and traffic control for large-scale events.

- Safety and Compliance: Support the establishment of safety protocols and standards while ensuring strict compliance with local regulations and industry guidelines. Conduct regular field inspections to proactively identify hazards and implement corrective actions.

- Cost Management and Analysis: Drive operational cost efficiency within the departmental budget. Monitor cost-optimization measures and analyze relevant data to maintain service quality.

- Cross-departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with operational teams in Casino, Guest Services, and Security to ensure transportation services are organically integrated into resort operations.

- Technology and Innovation: Adopt the latest mobility technologies and trends. Utilize digital tools such as Fleet Management Systems (FMS) and scheduling solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

- Vendor Management: Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA) and evaluate the performance of outsourced transportation vendors to maintain smooth operational partnerships.

- Customer Service Excellence: Foster a culture of premium service within the team. Proactively address guest concerns on-site and enhance brand experience through professional responsiveness.

- Operational Optimization: Participate in the improvement of transportation policies and procedures. Manage flexible route adjustments and dispatching to meet demands during peak periods and large-scale events (concerts, conventions, etc.).

자격 요건 및 요구 사항 (Qualifications & Requirements)

학력 및 경력 요건:

- 교통 관리, 호텔 경영 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위 소지자 (석사 학위자 우대).

- 관련 분야 실무 경력 5년 이상 (호텔 또는 대규모 복합 리조트 업계 경력자 선호).

- 대규모 행사 교통 통제 운영 및 국제 행사 수행 경험자 우대.

- 협력사 및 팀원과 원활하게 협업하고 동기를 부여할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량.

- 고객 중심 사고방식을 바탕으로 차별화된 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 분.

- 데이터 분석을 통한 실무적 문제 해결 능력을 갖추신 분.

- 내외부 이해관계자와 능동적으로 소통할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량.

- 차량 추적 시스템 및 예약 관리 소프트웨어 등 IT 솔루션 활용 능력.

- 비용 관리 및 운영 효율화에 대한 실무적 경험과 이해도가 높은 분.

- MS Office(Word, Excel, Outlook) 중급 이상 활용 가능자.

- Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant operational experience (Experience in the hospitality or integrated resort industry preferred).

- Preferred: Experience in large-scale event traffic control and international event operations.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with vendors and motivate team members.

- A guest-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering premium services.

- Practical problem-solving skills supported by data analysis.

- Ability to communicate proactively with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Proficiency in transportation technology solutions, including vehicle tracking and reservation management software.

- Solid understanding and practical experience in cost management and operational efficiency.
