Position Summary


The Transportation Specialist supports and manages all transportation and transit operations within the resort. This role is responsible for supporting the development of efficient guest transportation strategies, overseeing personnel and vendor management, and ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations. The Specialist plays a key role in delivering seamless mobility services and creating exceptional guest experiences through close collaboration with various departments within the resort.

- Transportation Strategy: Support the development and execution of comprehensive transportation and transit strategies aligned with resort objectives. Identify operational improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions through traffic data analysis.

- Fleet Management: Manage the operational status and maintenance of the resort's shuttle fleet. Supervise vendors to ensure safety and reliability, and monitor dispatching to maintain on-time performance.

- Guest Transportation Services: Optimize and coordinate guest movement and traffic flow within the resort, including shuttle operations and traffic control for large-scale events.

- Safety and Compliance: Support the establishment of safety protocols and standards while ensuring strict compliance with local regulations and industry guidelines. Conduct regular field inspections to proactively identify hazards and implement corrective actions.

- Cost Management and Analysis: Drive operational cost efficiency within the departmental budget. Monitor cost-optimization measures and analyze relevant data to maintain service quality.

- Cross-departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with operational teams in Casino, Guest Services, and Security to ensure transportation services are organically integrated into resort operations.

- Technology and Innovation: Adopt the latest mobility technologies and trends. Utilize digital tools such as Fleet Management Systems (FMS) and scheduling solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

- Vendor Management: Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA) and evaluate the performance of outsourced transportation vendors to maintain smooth operational partnerships.

- Customer Service Excellence: Foster a culture of premium service within the team. Proactively address guest concerns on-site and enhance brand experience through professional responsiveness.

- Operational Optimization: Participate in the improvement of transportation policies and procedures. Manage flexible route adjustments and dispatching to meet demands during peak periods and large-scale events (concerts, conventions, etc.).
