General Disaster Management 부서에서 Fire Safety & Disaster Management Manager 를 채용합니다.

소방시설물점검, 소방공사, 소방설계, 소방시설관리, 위험물안전관리 등 소방관련 업무 및 재난관리 업무를 최소 10년 이상 수행한 경력자에 한하여 지원 가능합니다. 호텔, 리조트 등 관광 업계 종사자를 우대하지만 필수 사항은 아닙니다. 자세한 사항은 아래의 Job Description을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

Main Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to) :

• Assist the Director of General Disaster Management in every aspect of the operation as requested.
• Support fire safety and disaster management work at Inspire Integrated Resorts and Development sites.
• Support the management and supervision of the legal inspection of fire fighting facilities.
• Support for supervision and management of firefighting works.
• (Review of Fire Protection Act and Drawing, etc.)
• Support work for the completion inspection of fire facilities in multi-use facilities.
• Assist and conduct testing and maintenance of the fire protection system and equipment at all facilities to
• ensure fire safety of personnel, buildings and equipment.
• Assist and carry out routine and preventive maintenance of all fire protection and alarm systems.
• Preventive inspection shall be carried out in preparation for all disaster situations such as fire
• Operational inspection and maintenance shall be carried out and supervised for all fire-fighting facilities
• installed in the fire-fighting facility installation plan table.
• Identify and resolve defects in fire fighting facilities.
• Establish emergency procedures related to fire, life, and safety.
• Install and maintain all signs related to fire, life and safety.
• List, record, and manage the inventory of General disaster management departments.
• Ensure timely completion of task commands and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Supervise all risk operations and ensure strict compliance with all safety procedures.

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in fire and disaster management

• Possession of a Special Grade Fire Safety Manager certification is essential.

Job-Specific knowledge & skills:

• Fire Protection Act and NFTC, NFPC

• Disaster and Safety Management Act

• Good computer skills in MS Excel & PowerPoint

• Team player, good communication skills, diligent worker

• Quick learner, dependable, solution oriented, and accountable self-starter

• Strong ability to work independently and adhere to strict deadlines under pressure; comfortable working in a

fast-paced high growth environment

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Willing to work on shifts and flexible hours

• A person who has no reason for disqualification from overseas travel

• Must be willing to travel locally and regionally to conduct business, and occasional travel within Korea. (해외 여행의 결격 사유가 없는 자)
