Position Summary:


The Income Audit Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting and overseeing the Income Audit and Control functions related to resort revenue.

This role focuses on reviewing and validating revenue transactions generated by the integrated resort, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of daily revenue reporting, and maintaining effective internal controls over revenue processes. The position also supports month-end closing, drives process improvements, and provides guidance to operational teams on revenue-related matters.

The Assistant Manager is expected to take a proactive role in supervising daily income audit activities, resolving revenue discrepancies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring proper recording of revenue transactions in the General Ledger.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities (includes but not limited to)


• Supervise and oversee daily income audit operations for non-gaming resort revenue streams, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely review of supporting day-end reports.

• Review and ensure proper reconciliation between sub-ledger systems, including POS, PMS, TMS, and other operating systems, and the General Ledger.

• Oversee the review and approval control process for revenue adjustments, rebates, and other manual entries, ensuring compliance with internal policies and supporting documentation requirements.

• Lead the investigation and resolution of revenue discrepancies, interface issues, and control gaps through coordination with operational departments, IT, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Oversee the preparation, review, and timely distribution of daily, monthly, and ad hoc revenue reports, reconciliations, and related analysis for management.

• Support and supervise month-end closing activities related to income audit, ensuring the accuracy of revenue recognition, allocations, and related accounting records.

• Monitor adherence to income audit procedures and internal control standards, and escalate significant irregularities, non-compliance issues, or process weaknesses to management.

• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and oversight to the income audit function, while driving process improvements, system enhancements, and staff development.


Minimum Education and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Finance, minimum 2+ years of experience in Operational Controlling in hospitality & entertainment businesses.

• Bachelor¡¯s degree in accounting or a related field

• Sound understanding of accounting principles.

• Ability to work autonomously and be part of the broader team.

• Appropriate handling of sensitive information

• Excellent time management and organizational ability

• Team players with the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple parties.

• Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills..


Physical Demands and Work Environment:


• Office & Operational Work Environment.

• Be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time.

• Be able to work in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions.

• Based on Operational requirements, be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.

• Requires a valid driver¡¯s license and passport.

• Must be willing to work flexible to support resort operations.
