INSPIRE Entertainment Resort의 IT 에서 고객 경험 (CX) 테크놀로지를 주도하실 Assistant Director of Product Management 을 채용합니다.

본 포지션은 리조트의 On/Off Line, 모든 터치포인트에서 고객 경험을 향상시키는 제품 전략과 로드맵을 수립하고, 아이디어부터 런칭까지 Product 라이프사이클을 책임집니다. IT, 현업 Operation부서, 마케팅 등 Cross-functional 로 다양한 팀들과 긴밀히 협업하여 운영 효율성을 높이는 리더십 역할입니다.

프로덕트 매니지먼트 및 프로젝트 관리 유관 경력 총 12 년 이상 경력자 중, 리더로서 최소 5년 이상 경력이 있으신 분에 한하여 지원 가능합니다.

Position Summary:

The Assistant Director of Product Management within the Inspire IT department is responsible for driving the strategic vision, development, and delivery of technology capabilities aimed at enhancing the customer experience across all digital and physical touchpoints at Inspire Resort. This role will oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, marketing, and guest services, to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and consistently exceed customer expectations. The Assistant Director will focus on fostering a customer-centric product management culture, leading initiatives that personalize guest interactions, optimize digital engagement, and elevate the resort’s overall service excellence through technology.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: (include but not limited to)

1. Strategic Planning and Vision:

• a. Define the product strategy and roadmap for customer experience technology initiatives in alignment with Inspire’s business objectives and IT department goals.
• b. Identify opportunities for innovative technology solutions that improve customer engagement, personalization, and operational efficiency.
• c. Drive the prioritization of customer experience-focused projects and lead the strategic planning process to ensure impactful, timely delivery.

2. Product Lifecycle Management:

• a. Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement of technology solutions.
• b. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and engineers to create user-centered product features that enhance the external/Internal guest experience.
• c. Implement agile product management methodologies to ensure rapid iteration and continuous delivery of customer-centric enhancements.

3. Customer-Centric Innovation:

• a. Champion a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points through data analysis, customer feedback, and industry research.
• b. Develop and promote features that create personalized, seamless, and immersive experiences for guests across Inspire’s digital and physical touchpoints.
• c. Foster a culture of innovation within the product team to keep Inspire Resort at the forefront of hospitality technology advancements.

4. Cross-Functional Leadership:

• a. Lead cross-functional collaboration with departments such as operations, marketing, sales, and guest services to ensure technology solutions align with broader business strategies and objectives.
• b. Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, effectively communicating product vision, requirements, and progress to all relevant teams.
• c. Provide mentorship and guidance to product management team members, promoting skill development and high-performance culture.

5. Budget and Resource Management:

• a. Oversee budget allocation and resource planning for product development, ensuring cost-effective execution of customer experience initiatives.

6. Compliance and Data Security:

• a. Ensure all customers experience technology solutions comply with regulatory requirements, data privacy laws, and Inspire’s security protocols.
• b. Work closely with the IT security team to incorporate data security best practices within the product development lifecycle, maintaining customer trust and data integrity.

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

• Experience: 10+ years of experience managing mid- to long-term projects.

• Proficiency in agile methodologies, project management, and cross-functional leadership.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills in new areas, and the ability to translate business objectives into impactful technical solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.

• Verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Familiar with the operation work environment.

• Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time.

• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights.

• Ability to work on his/her own feet for eight hours or more.

• Must be willing to travel locally and regionally to conduct business, and occasional travel within Korea. (해외 여행의 결격 사유가 없는 자)
