• ¿Â¡¤¿ÀÇÁ¶óÀÎ À̺¥Æ® ¹× Ä·ÆäÀÎ ±âȹ ¹× ¿î¿µ (½ÃÁð ÇÁ·Î±×·¥ Æ÷ÇÔ)

• µðÁöÅÐ ¹× ¿ÀÇÁ¶óÀÎ °í°´ Á¢Á¡ Àü¹ÝÀÇ °æÇè ±âȹ ¹× °³¼±

• Plan and design integrated customer experience strategies based on customer journey

• Develop differentiated experience programs through partnerships and brand collaborations

• Plan and execute online and offline events and campaigns (including seasonal programs)

• Enhance customer experience across all touchpoints (digital and on-site)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated customer experiences

• Analyze performance and optimize experiences based on customer data and insights

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, CX, partnerships, or event planning

• Strong understanding of customer journey and customer experience design

• Experience in partnership/brand collaboration and campaign planning

• Data-driven thinking and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Fluency in English is required
