Summary

This position is responsible for Entertainment Project Management at INSPIRE Entertainment Resort, directly reporting to the Assistant Director of Entertainment. The Entertainment Specialist will work in conjunction with the Arena Operation, Casino and Other Departments to achieve the Entertainment Team¡¯s goals.

As a senior-level specialist with 8+ years of experience in entertainment and live performance, this role serves as a subject-matter expert across diverse show formats and business models.

The Entertainment Assistant Manager is responsible for project management of arena events and other entertainment events across the resort. Upon handover from Entertainment Sales, the role oversees the project lifecycle from the contract stage through post-event settlement, coordinating and communicating with external agencies and internal departments to ensure the successful execution of each event, in delivering positive lift across the resort beyond the event¡¯s direct revenue.

This position is accountable not only for achieving Arena revenue targets and KPIs, but also for leveraging arena content as a strategic driver of INSPIRE¡¯s long-term and sustainable growth.



Primary Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):


• In collaboration with the Entertainment Assistant Director and team members, formulate and implement business strategy and action plans to exceed department objectives and KPIs

• Perform as lead interface with music management companies, promoters, agents and show producers on behalf of the resort¡¯s entertainment team

• Develop show calendar and budgets for INSPIRE¡¯s performance venues, including a 15k-seat arena & Entertainment facilities.

• Lease venues to third-party show promoters, negotiate co-promotion deals, and negotiate commercial terms for shows purchased outright in order of programming mix weight

• Develops and establishes venue policies, including booking processes and venue usage guidelines.

• Prepare booking agreements and provide contract notes for Entertainment Assistant Director and Legal Affair¡¯s review and approval

• Prepares and develops pro-forma analyses to forecast show-specific P&L performance.

• Based on the deal memo, manages contract execution, confirms receipt of deposits, prepares post-contract addendum, and oversees the settlement of ancillary facility usage fees.

• Plans and delivers buyout concerts that generate impact across the casino and the broader resort, overseeing artist sourcing, coordinating the show date, contract execution and other related tasks.

• Lead cross-functional coordination across Arena Operation, Casino, Marketing, F&B, Hotel Operations and external partners to elevate overall show execution quality and maximize resort-wide revenue contribution.

• Work with Arena Operations, Marketing team and external ticketing partners, and co-promotion partners to define show seating plans and ticket price tiering, and to develop ticket on-sale strategies, marketing and promotion plans, and invitation/comps distribution plans to optimize overall show performance.

• Select, manage, coordinate and communicate with overall agencies which do operations, production, and hospitality.

• Work with Finance and Analysis team to produce post-show performance review and calculations

• Develops a close working relationship with operations to execute strategies at the resort level.

• Keep abreast of market trends, including disruptive forces, legislative and regulatory changes, and competitor movement, and provide inputs to new business ideas.

• Ensure arena content is strategically planned and executed to support both short-term KPI delivery and company¡¯s long-term brand and business growth.


Education and Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Entertainment, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field

• 8+ years of experience in Entertainment, Event Planning or related

• Track record of negotiating venue rental and co-promotion, buyout deals with leading music management companies, third-party promoters and show sponsors

• Strong consumer & industrial knowledge for Entertainment/Hospitality/Integrated Resort business

• Fluent English written and verbal communication skills
