The Casino Service (CS) team plays a vital support role for the Business Development (BD) team by attracting new customers and strengthening relationships with active players. This collaboration drives casino sales to meet their targets, with the CS team earning incentives based on performance. Key responsibilities include managing email communications on behalf of the BD team, handling administrative tasks, performing coding and tagging, issuing comps, and managing contracts related to various programs. These functions are primarily performed in the BOH (Back of House), ensuring efficient back-office support that enables frontline sales success.
