Position: Supervisor of Loyalty Management


[Position Summary]

The Loyalty Management team is responsible for planning, managing, and executing all operational elements of the casino membership program. The team ensures the effective operation of the loyalty program by developing services, benefits, and system enhancements that support customer engagement.

The Supervisor of Loyalty Management plays a key role in identifying strategies to encourage customers to actively participate in the membership program. This includes planning and implementing solutions through various channels and technological support. The role also involves analyzing customer data related to loyalty usage to identify trends, propose future operational

directions, and support the continuous improvement and advancement of the membership program.

[Primary Responsibilities]

1. Plan, develop, and operate services and products required for the casino membership program.

2. Design and execute system features required for the operation of the loyalty program.

3. Develop and enhance customer benefits to improve program attractiveness and competitiveness.

4. Analyze customer trends based on casino membership data to derive meaningful insights.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness in the membership program operations.

[QUALIFICATIONS]

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in gaming or related industry.

2. Basic knowledge of casino marketing or understanding of casino loyalty programs or the mass market segment is preferred.

3. Ability to interpret various data sets and present insights based on logical and rational analysis.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of IT systems is preferred.

5. Strong learning ability with interest in new environments, systems, and tools.

6. Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
