[Position Summary]
This position is supporting all aspects of the recruitment process from planning, sourcing, attracting talent, providing offers and onboarding for positions at all levels and areas of INSPIRE Integrated Resort.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Identifies staffing needs, job specifications, duties and responsibilities, competencies, qualifications, and skills by collaborating with hiring managers and studying organization plans & objectives.
- Develops and maintains all job descriptions and job postings; executes all required job postings in a timely manner.
- Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; and managing relocations and intern program.
- Searches for qualified candidates, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms and employee referrals.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting assessments as necessary.
- Manages and maintains good relationships with search firms so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
- Manages the candidate experience; to include travel and lodging arrangements, interviews, presentations, and expense reimbursements.
- Manages new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements, negotiating with movers/agencies, arranging temporary housing, and providing community introductions.
- Maintains records of applicants in compliance with the related laws & regulations.
- Tracks recruitment results through various reports.
- Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures, and conducting training.
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
- 2~3+ year or less of relevant experience, or strong enthusiasm and interest in HR and recruitment
- Proficient Korean communication skills; business-level English communication preferred
- Additional language skills in Japanese or Chinese are advantageous
- Experience in hospitality or related industries is preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work cooperatively within a team
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office application

- Maintaining high level of confidentiality within the organization and protect any information that classified as confidential.
