업장에 따라 다소 차이는 있지만 교대 근무제(휴일 및 주말, 야간 근무)로 운영되며, 신입 또는 2년 이내 호텔 식음료 경력자로서, 파인 다이닝 레스토랑, 라운지, 뷔페 또는 복합 리조트, 5성급 럭셔리 호텔 경력자는 우대합니다. 모집 업장에 따라 중식, 일식 및 룸서비스, 와인 소믈리에, 바리스타, 바텐더, 카지노 식음 서비스 경력자도 우대합니다. 자세한 사항은 아래의 Job Description을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

Position Summary:

The Food & Beverage Server reports to Outlet Assistant Manager or Outlet Manager. He/she will be responsible for daily operations and creating a positive first impression for all guests.

He/she is responsible for providing exceptional customer service. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and daily service operations to guarantee that guests enjoy a consistent and outstanding experience.

This position requires a candidate with an outspoken personality who can create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere that gives superior customer service to resort guests, associates, and visitors. He/she acts as a brand ambassador, providing leadership and strategic direction to his/her responsible outlet(s).

Primary Duties & Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

Business Impact/Results:

• Support the Outlet’s daily operation in managing the outlet’s financial performance.
• Ensure high operational standards on a daily basis taking appropriate action to rectify identified poor standards.
• Ensure the outlet(s) provide relevant food & beverage offerings that appeal to its visitor.
• Deliver guest satisfaction targets through exceptional unit standards, and maximum product availability and ensure the team genuinely exceed customer expectations. 
• Execute outlet(s)’ promotion plan to ensure sales are maximized through the outlet(s)’ operation.
• Support Outlet Management to implement a system for consistently measuring own performance against competitors.
• Perform shifts as required and as a Server (including weekends and Public Holidays) to ensure that the operation is geared to meet the guest and employee needs. 

Communication:

• Keep close communication channels with the culinary counterpart to ensure seamless F&B product and service.
• Working as part of the team is essential to ensure efficient service and a positive dining experience for guests.
• Address any operational challenges within the Food & Beverage Department through commitment, drive, energy, and a positive approach.
• Drive sales and understand current consumer trends & demands.
• Demonstrate and promote Mohegan core values to all colleagues.
• Ensure all guest(s) comments are properly shared with the management team with follow-ups.

Applied Knowledge & Specialist Skills:

• Apply the latest industry standards to ensure the offerings we provide are appealing in the context of the external marketplace.
• Align the Resort & F&B strategic plans and in conjunction with the teams, assist the management team with a short-term development plan for the F&B function, incorporating sales trends and expectations, customer feedback, and relevant financial return expectations.
• Work closely with the Outlet Management to ensure F&B Outlet(s) is/are adhering to brand standards on signage and products.
• Demonstrate and encourage staff how each food and beverage offering should be presented to the guest, to ensure consistency and improve the speed of service.

Minimum Education & Qualifications:

• High School qualification
• Must have previous experience in implementing and evaluating guest service standards.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Great organizational skills, time management & multi-tasking skills.
• Knowledge of the property and local areas and destinations.
• Possess a high level of maturity to deal with the most discriminating guest requests and requirements.
• Good English writing and speaking is preferred.
• Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) and/or Japanese is plus.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Familiar with the operation work environment.
• Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights.
• Ability to work on his/her own feet for eight hours or more.
• Must be willing to travel locally and regionally to conduct business, and occasional travel within Korea. (해외 여행의 결격 사유가 없는 자)
