  • - Responsible for achieving the sales & company¡¯s goal.
  • - Responsible for maximizing of sales volume (Revenue) & sales profits (Product margin).
  • - Manage the distributors & tier 2 dealers on their activities of assigned territory & certain segmentation.
  • - Develop key insights of the country market dynamics, and develop the strategies to maintain and extend market leadership in the country.
  • - People management



ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç

  • - Minimum education required: bachelor¡¯s degree.
  • - More than 10 years of sales or marketing experience in medical devices
  • - Strong analytical and business intelligence skills in respect to gaining and interpreting customer insights.
  • - An established track record of creativity, innovation, and measured risk-taking.
  • - A history of developing relationships with distributors, customers, and internal key stakeholders.
  • - Experience in cardiovascular or neurovascular field is preferred
