[모집부문]

Mechanical Design Engineer (Junior R&D)

[담당업무]

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components for semiconductor test handlers.
• Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D CAD models for parts and assemblies
• Perform tolerance analysis, mechanism design, and structural validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams(electrical, software, and process engineers) to ensure seamless system integration.
• Analyze and improve existing designs for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including BOMs, drawings and reports.

[자격요건]

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1~3 years of relevant experience in mechanical design (3+ years is prefered)
• Proficiency in SolidWorks is required.
• Strong communication skills in English; Korean language proficiency is preferred
• Experience in semiconductor equipment or test handler design is highly preferred.
