| District Manager Retail Sales |
[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] Retail Manager is responsible for all store providing excellent customer service and thereby enhancing the brand image of BRAND and for managing and supporting to achieve Sales. O Partner Management - Build and maintain close working relationship with department buyers and communicate regularly to upgrade brand value and align on commercial strategy.
O Sales & KPI management - Lead store staff through commercial leadership to achieve sales and KPI targets. - Lead initiatives to improve productivity and maximize profitability. - Manage store performance on store-by-store basis by monitoring key KPIs. - Analyze sales results and drive store-level action plans, including mitigation strategies when required, to improve KPI performance. - Analyze and prepare for weekly and monthly sales report. - Support business initiatives through timely preparation of materials when necessary.
O Manpower & Scheduling - Manage manpower allocation and the work schedule of all store employees in terms of overtime, leave, absence, reporting late for work. - Driving staff development to enhance sales performance and customer experience. - Carry out regular visits to all stores to collect market information and to ensure display quality according to visual merchandising concept, proper use of communication materials, store tidiness and cleanliness. - Handle all information inquiries from stores and department store offices.
O Store Operation & Expansion - Plan and manage the opening of new and renewal of existing stores including: _ Shop furnishing and architectural requirements and layout _ Staff hiring within required timelines and budget _ Inform relevant store openings, closures, renewals, and special sales events, including timelines and details.
O Event & Promotion - Prepare special event plans in close collaboration with the marketing team, including event Lay- out proposals, sales forecast, and integrated promotional activities. - Plan and prepare with retail sales staff to ensure the successful execution of sales promotions and special events.
O Training & Development - Communicate and cooperate closely with the training manager on sales staff training initiatives and related issues.
