[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] - Handle employee & manager inquiries, requests & cases, responds with accurate resolution upon first contact, or, if necessary, conducts the appropriate investigation and/or research to identify and present the appropriate resolution. In exception cases, escalates request by escalating HR cases to HR Process Owners, Payroll team, CoEs or HR Partners - Execute & support employee life-cycle day-to-day HR processes including and not limiting to pre/onboarding, change job, compensation & benefits administration, leave of absence and separations/offboarding. - Prepare Compensation and Benefits data for survey participation and reporting - Implement overall benefits program for employees (Flexible Benefit, Group Insurance, Housing Loan, Child Tuition & etc) - Work closely with Payroll team for Leave and payroll related matters - Review and update HR policies, procedures and rules of employment as well as provide explanations to managers and employees, as needed. - Provide support to Labor Management Council meeting and Labor Union meeting (eg meeting arrangements, taking and distribution of minutes, follow-up, etc) - Prepare knowledge-based documents such as summaries and responses to frequently asked questions. - Identify operational issues and opportunities to update or improve policies and procedures and make recommendations to the HR Partner or HR team as appropriate - Work closely with Payroll team for Leave and payroll related matters - Review and update HR policies, procedures and rules of employment as well as provide explanations to managers and employees, as needed. - Provide support to Labor Management Council meeting and Labor Union meeting (eg meeting arrangements, taking and distribution of minutes, follow-up, etc) - Prepare knowledge-based documents such as summaries and responses to frequently asked questions. - Identify operational issues and opportunities to update or improve policies and procedures and make recommendations to the HR Partner or HR team as appropriate - Work closely with the HR Partner, other HR functional areas (COE and HRBP¡¯s) and other departments and shared services to establish or revise HR processes as necessary - Provide guidance to hiring managers on job requisition request via Workday and update the open position list, coordinate the interview hiring managers and screen the candidates¡¯s resumes - Implement end-to-end recruitment process (including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding) to meet the organization¡¯s talent needs. - Deliver and support to Manager & Employees in Korea on Global & Regional training sessions

Bachelor¡¯s degree, or equivalent, in Human Resources management or a related
field -
Minimum 4 HR Generalist experience preferably in manufacturing and unionised
environment -
Experience with workplace investigations and general workplace complaint
resolution -
Strong computer skills required; Workday or other HRIS experience a plus -
Good spoken and written English -
Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy to
deliver customer service excellence -
Strong knowledge in Employment and labor regulations -
Self-Confident, Results oriented with problem solving and issue resolution
skills -
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and remain flexible and change pace with
workflow demands -
Has a 'can do' attitude and strong ability to work independently as well as in
a team environment
