Key Responsibilities
-Business Strategy: Develop comprehensive corporate vision, long-term growth strategies, business portfolio optimization, and market-entry roadmaps.
-Growth & Innovation: Formulate GTM(Go-to-Market) strategies and identify new business opportunities to drive top-line growth.
-Transformation & Turnaround: Execute enterprise-wide transformation and turnaround initiatives, focusing on operational excellence and fundamental business model shifts.
-M&A & Transaction Advisory: Provide critical support for Buy-side/Sell-side Due Diligence (CDD, BDD) and lead complex Post-Merger Integration (PMI) processes.
-Strategic Foresight: Conduct scenario planning and competitive intelligence to navigate volatile market environments and support senior leadership decision-making.

 

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines. (An MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.)
- +1 year of professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a highly analytical business function.
- Proven ability to apply superior analytical and quantitative frameworks to decompose complex problems and derive actionable insights.
- Strong conceptual thinking skills with the ability to synthesize disparate data points into a coherent, strategic narrative.
- Exceptional bilingual proficiency in both Korean and English (written and verbal) to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders across global environments.
