Job Title: Sr. Communication Specialist - Giorgio Armani Beauty - Luxe Division

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Take responsibility for implementing the communication plan aligned by brand objective & strategy.
Execute the brand's communication strategy to enhance brand image, increase visibility, and contribute to reinforcing its local reputation through effective communication initiatives.
Execute the communication activities, especially digital/viral campaign
Contribute to build and implement 360¡Æ local communication activities.
Develop a new communication angle with attractive messages.
Plan and implement viral activities strategically to make social buzz
Collaborate with influencers-Youtuber/MUA/Instagrammer/Blogger/etc - as a part of viral project
Support local celebrity plan including shooting and viral planning
Produce press / buzz kits for pre-viral.
Create the various contents collaborated with community, magazine, etc.
Strengthen brand hot trend, especially digital initiative part.
Manage media relations, including new media relations
Implement a local pictorial and film production with models
Publish content on regular community channels.
Analyze and monitor the communication data and competitor
Measure and analyze a KPI and performance in communication part.
Deal with a variety of analysis tools for social buzz.
Report and share the social buzz monthly from the data.
Share a competitor status weekly (based on report delivered by viral agency)
Internal Communications
Execute tasks related to the internal communication plan, ensuring alignment with external messaging.
Budget & Administrative Support
Monitor & track the PR budget
Manage the administrative & logistical tasks for communication initiatives and events.
Others
Write a brand news on new launch product.
Send a product for magazine shooting, in needed.
Handle a usage plan of product including product order
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Education: University graduate
Years of experience: Over 7-9 years
Experience: A minimum of +7 years¡¯ experience in communication planning or KOLs management Cosmetic company or luxury brand experience is preferred
Language: Fluent in Englinsh (Speaking & Writing)
Other Skills
Strong understanding of the cosmetic, luxury industry and prind/digital media
Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with related stakeholders.
