Lead and enhance enterprise-wide information security strategy and governance
Ensure compliance with local regulations and global security standards
Identify and manage security risks, vulnerabilities, and incident response
Oversee audits and regulatory communications
Drive employee security awareness and training programs
Collaborate with regional and global teams on security initiatives
[ 자격조건 ]
Required
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and technologies (e.g., NIST, ISO, SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, encryption, cloud security)
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a risk-based mindset
Experience (at least one of the following)
Master’s degree or higher in Information Security or IT
Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience
Associate’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Security or IT
ISMS Auditor certification
Preferred (at least one of the following)
4+ years of experience specifically in Information Security
5+ years of experience in IT/IS (including at least 2 years in Information Security)
Degree in Personal Information Protection (experience credit applicable)
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or equivalent
