Financial Controller (°úÂ÷Àå±Þ)

1. Cost Management & Control
- Lead budget planning, re-forecasting, and variance analysis for cost indicators (Retail & Corporate OPEX), while also supporting FP&A activities for other P&L lines
- Execute monthly financial closing and report for OPEX and CAPEX
- Manage and control various cost categories, including variable costs and corporate overhead expenses
- Identify cost reduction and profitability improvement opportunities, and recommend actionable initiatives
- Establish and enforce internal controls in line with group guidelines and local regulatory requirements, including expense approval processes
- Maintain SAP master data related to CC and PC

2. Capital investment validation
- Review and evaluate CAPEX and capital investment proposals from a financial perspective
- Provide timely and accurate financial analyses to support management decision-making on capital investments
- Manage CAR process including tracking and monitoring

3. Indirect procurement regulation
- Contribute to achieving annual cost-saving targets
- Lead the local indirect procurement process, ensuring all OPEX and CAPEX requests comply with group policies and approval guidelines
- Collaborate with global indirect procurement team and other stakeholders on pricing, contracts, and vendor selection
- Analyze indirect spend by category and vendors

4. Project management & Ad-hoc analysis
- Act as Finance SAP Key User for SAP implementation, rollout, or enhancement projects
- Define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications in collaboration with IT and HQ project team
- Prepare and support Digital Business Review materials
- Other ad hoc tasks upon request


[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç]

 8+ years of relevant experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis, including a first experience in team management; prior experience in fashion environment and matric organization are plus.
 Strong analytical skills: rigorous, concise, business driven, innovative, to the point, challenging.
 Soft skills: adaptable, good communication skills, committed, ability to work under pressure.
 Excellent in verbal and written communication in English; Korean & French languages are plus.
 Excellent with MS Office; SAP (FI) & Hyperion are plus.
