Promote a client-centricity culture, focusing on a positive and consistent client journey. ¡¤ Ownership Handover: Ensure smooth and clear handover of tasks between teams during process cycle. Follow RACI document and clearly communicate transition points to avoid any task overlap or gaps in ownership.
