In 2025, we achieved approximately KRW 46.3 billion in total sales, with digital revenue reaching KRW 18.5 billion. Our digital revenue reached KRW 18.5 billion, representing a significant 40% of our total annual turnover. Role Summary
As Legal & Compliance Specialist, you will lead Decathlon’s legal strategy, transforming regulatory challenges into growth opportunities. Serving as a trusted advisor to the executive team, you will manage a diverse portfolio—including Corporate, Commercial, and Privacy law—to safeguard our integrity and drive sustainable business value through expert risk mitigation and ethical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Business & Contract Law: Provide expert guidance via an external law firm on
all business and commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable
laws and minimizing legal risks. - Legal Risk Management: Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate legal risks
across all business operations. - Legal Affairs & Corporate Governance: Oversee the company’s legal affairs
and ensure robust governance practices. - Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional legal projects,
including sustainability compliance programs and legal audits. - Ethics & Compliance: Drive a strong ethics and compliance culture across the
company and ensure adherence to all internal policies and external regulations. - Data Privacy: Together with the Digital team, ensure company-wide
compliance with data protection laws and manage related risks, particularly in
digital and customer data environments. - Competition Law: Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and fair
trade practices, particularly around marketing campaigns and commercial
communication. - Negotiation: Lead complex contract negotiations via an external law firm with
external partners, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Safety & Crisis: To ensure the safety of all personnel, implement thorough
internal policies and conduct regular training programs in industrial safety and
crisis.
Requirements
Must-have
- Language: Korean(Native) / English(Business Level)
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant working experience OR Education Background from the Faculty of Law

- Relevant work experience in a foreign-affiliated company
