1. Provide IT service as installation, implementation and maintenance of internal computer systems for all users in the office.
2. Responsible for maintaining the office¡¯s IT infrastructure, PBX and LAN.
3. Provide 1st level on-site and off-site technical support.
4. Liaise with regional IT team and relevant vendors for managing services in the office.
5. Carry out daily system administration, maintenance and backup of local servers.
6. Assist with the development of IT SOPs and other policies.
7. Develop and maintain documentation related to IT support.
8. Provide user training and documentation related to IT support.
9. Follow up procurement process for IT related assets.
10. Standardize the IT infrastructure
11. Maintain high quality of IT service
12. Successful system management

- Diploma in IT, bachelor¡¯s degree is a plus

- MCSE & CCNA licenses are plus

- At least 7 years of experience in managing an IT department

- Experience in IT helpdesk is required

- Knowledge of PC and Windows OS (Windows 7 is preferred)

- Good understanding for Microsoft active directory process & Domain network

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Exchange

- Knowledge of server/network hardware

- Computer literate, fair command of spoken and written English

- Problem-solving skill
