1. Maintain and improve expat service
- Develop and update expat service guides and materials
- Stay up to date on immigration policies and tenancy law
- Maintain trackers and ensure data accuracy across expat service records
2. MOFA & Immigration Assistance
- Support MOFA-related processes in compliance with applicable regulations, including preparation and submission of required documentation
- Coordinate with overseas missions and relevant authorities on visa-related matters and support visa applications and extensions for expat staff and their dependents
3. Housing Management
- Coordinate housing arrangements including home search and lease documentation
- Assist in lease contract preparation
- Manage communication with real estate agents and vendors
- Support move-in and move-out processes
- Monitor and follow up on housing-related key dates
- Respond to housing-related inquiries
4. General Administrative Support
- Provide on-site support for expat staff, including Immigration Office & MOFA visits, and general settlement assistance
- Process routine vendor payments
- Support general expat service operations
- All other tasks assigned by the supervisor

1. Education Requirements
- Bachelor¡¯s degree or equivalent
2. Related Field Work Experience
3. Technical and Professional Skills / Knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Sound knowledge of HRIS
- Understanding of Immigrations guidelines
- Understanding of MOFA process preferred
