Position: ERP프로젝트 매니저(정규직 계약직 각각 채용)
More than 10 years’ experience in business
operations or project management
Experience in PM or PMO (Project Management
Office) roles, managing project timelines and stakeholder coordination is
preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
to effectively collaborate with internal departments and external vendors
Strong analytical skills and process
understanding to identify gaps between current (AS-IS) processes and the SAP
standard core model
Proficiency in Excel and experience working
with data migration and project management tools
Strong leadership skills with the ability
to coach and develop teams, including through Train-the-Trainer methodologies
Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or
global ERP roll-out projects is preferred
