- Provide technical guidance and support complex repair cases
Operations & Standards
- Ensure consistent application of repair workflows and 5S standards in workshop areas
- Monitor productivity, workflow, and operational efficiency
Team Management - Plan and allocate technician workload and manage team performance and development
- Support onboarding and skill development of technicians and apprentices
Coordination
- Collaborate with CCS functions, Repair Coordinator, and Central teams
- Provide technical input on repair feasibility and timelines
