Data Management & Internal Coordination • Document all customer interactions and technical feedback in CRM database • Initiate internal requests to the BU Battery BD Manager based on customer needs and feedback. • Deliver clear and actionable experimental reports to customers following internal testing and validation. 5. Collaboration with Global R&D • Serve as the voice of the customer within the WW R&D team, sharing detailed feedback and insights. • Contribute to product range evolution by aligning customer needs with R&D capabilities and innovation roadmaps.
