1. Business Development
• Lead the annual business development plan in close collaboration with the Market Manager and local Sales Team.
• Initiate and manage customer relationships
o Support both maintenance and growth of existing product lines
o Promote new products and identify customer technical needs and opportunities.
2. Customer Technical Support & Relationship Management
• Act as the primary technical interface for Korean OEM customers, responding promptly and accurately to technical inquiries.
• Conduct regular visits to key accounts to strengthen customer relationships
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality technical solutions and maintaining proactive communication.
3.Innovation & Market Development
• Proactively identify new market opportunities and propose innovative product concepts.
• Represent our company at industry tradeshows and conferences, delivering impactful presentations and gathering market intelligence.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to anticipate risks and identify growth opportunities.
4. Data Management & Internal Coordination
• Document all customer interactions and technical feedback in CRM database
• Initiate internal requests to the BU Battery BD Manager based on customer needs and feedback.
• Deliver clear and actionable experimental reports to customers following internal testing and validation.
5. Collaboration with Global R&D
• Serve as the voice of the customer within the WW R&D team, sharing detailed feedback and insights.
• Contribute to product range evolution by aligning customer needs with R&D capabilities and innovation roadmaps.
Can Drive the implementation of new products and applications using our company¡¯s stage/gate methodology.
