- Technical & Quality Leadership
- Lead and supervise CCS technicians to ensure high-quality repairs in line with Company standards
- Provide technical guidance and support complex repair cases
- Operations & Standards
- Ensure consistent application of repair workflows and 5S standards in workshop areas
- Monitor productivity, workflow, and operational efficiency
- Team Management
- Plan and allocate technician workload and manage team performance and development
- Support onboarding and skill development of technicians and apprentices
- Coordination
- Collaborate with CCS functions, Repair Coordinator, and Central teams
- Provide technical input on repair feasibility and timelines
- Proven team leadership or people management experience (required)
- Leadership experience in operations environments such as logistics, production, repair/service, after-sales, or customer service
- Experience as a senior technician or in technical leadership within repair or leather craftsmanship is a plus

- Workshop organization and 5S knowledge preferred
