Main Purpose of Job
Responsibility to co-pilot the B2C Commercial Manager in order to ensure the committed revenue and margin contribution is delivered

Key Activities:

- Co-pilots the business development and decision making in the market, partnering with Commercial Managers

- Builds business plans and defines ways to identify gaps and opportunities to reach periodic targets.

- Responsible for consolidating sales activities within the commercial channels and integrates them in the budgeting and forecasting process

- Drive and support the business on PFME/Allowances budget allocations on coffee, machine and accessories activities (promo, free goods, events, media, ¡¦) 

- providing insight and strongly supporting a fact based decision making process through PPE reviews and hosting NPPM meeting.

 

Key Outputs

- Monitor evolution of sales and advise sales organization on annual resource planning and variance tracking.

- Preparation, analysis and communication of specific sales reporting and involvement in all reporting from group control. Linking actuals with DF and risk/opportunities identified.

- Be the ambassador (co-pilot) between the finance community and sales teams to ensure transparency, alignment and proactive collaboration.

- Optimize sales investments (ROI): Ensure that group pre/post promotion evaluation strategy is established, rolled out and central learning logs current. Ensure practices and procedures are in place to determine if Nestle performance is in line with contractual agreements

- Provide financial insights for business growth with customer facing supply chain initiatives and measures of success

- Develop and leverage a global community of sales co-pilots

- Participation in channel strategy, financial tools and justification, long term strategy & roll out

- Improve Sales, Marketing and Finance business acumen through training and on-going financial support

- Participate in the Generating Demand strategy (sales/TTS bias) development process and ensure the plans are executed inline with the strategy

- Development of new tools, processes and best practices aligned with the center, rolled out to markets


Job Requirement

- Sustained performance in F&C functional area

- Participation in local Process Efficiency and Best Practice Projects

- Finance Education (Business Administration, Finance or Accounting)

- Proficiency in English and language of the market (where applicable)

- At least 6 years FP&A experience
