◈ 포지션- [외국계]Application Engineer/경력 2년 -4년차
◈ 담당 업무:
? Collect and analyze the application scenarios of the company`s products in various Asian countries, understand customer needs, and provide technical support.
? Participate in the development, deployment, and optimization of company products in different markets to ensure product adaptability and practicality.
? Work closely with customers and internal XFN teams to provide technical solutions and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
? Continuously improve and optimize application solutions based on market and customer feedback, and promote technological innovation.
? Responsible for the application of technical documents writing, training and related support work.
? Participate in cross-cultural communication and cooperation to ensure that products and technologies can adapt to different market needs and cultural environments.

◈ Requirement capability
- 학력 : 공학, 기술 또는 관련 전공 학사 학위 이상
- 경력: 애플리케이션 엔지니어 또는 관련 기술 지원 경력 2~4년 (다문화 환경 근무 경험 우대)
? SolidWorks 실무 경험 및 사양서 작성 경험
? 엔지니어링 및 애플리케이션 개발 프로세스에 대한 이해, 다양한 애플리케이션 시나리오의 기술 요구 사항을 신속하게 이해하고 적용할 수 있는 능력
? 뛰어난 다문화 커뮤니케이션 능력, 다양한 국가 및 배경을 가진 고객 및 팀원들과 원활하게 협업할 수 있는 능력
? 영어 능통자
? 탁월한 문제 해결 능력, 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 발생하는 문제에 효과적으로 대응하고 혁신적인 솔루션을 제시할 수 있는 능력
? 자기 주도적이며 독립적으로 업무를 수행할 수 있고, 동시에 팀워크 정신을 갖춘 인재
? Bachelor`s degree or above in engineering, technology or related majors.
? Practival experience wirth SolidWorks as well as experience in creating specification
? 2-4 years of experience as an application engineer or related technical support, with cross- cultural work experience preferred.
? Familiar with engineering and application development processes, able to quickly understand and adapt to technical requirements in different application scenarios.
? Good cross-cultural communication skills, able to work smoothly with clients and team members from different countries and backgrounds.
? Fluent English proficiency.
? Possessing excellent problem-solving skills, able to effectively respond to challenges and propose innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
? Highly self-driven, able to work independently, and possess teamwork spirit.
