2. Sales Plan & Forecast - Forecast 3 years business number including monthly, yearly base by department store channel - Forecast sales weekly landing projection and prepare response plan by week - Set a key plan for footprint and negotiate with landlord. - Keep a good relationship with key buyers of offline & online by management - Rotation plan for store manager and hiring new store manager - Opening & Closing POS negotiation with landlord - P&L Management by store manager¡¯s commission plan & defending landlord M/G increases, discussing CAPEX support from landlord. - Analyze competitor¡¯s performance and respond to MS with action plan
3. Sales Operation - Oversee daily operations of department store branches (staff, inventory, customer service, visual merchandising) - Manage relationships and communications with department store buyers - Support new store openings and store renovations (planning, scheduling, coordination) - Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics, VMD) to execute seasonal campaigns and product launches - Lead and motivate store staff through regular coaching and training - Motivate sales team and store managers

- Minimum 12+ years of
experience in retail sales, fashion industry required. - Intermediate English required - Proven track record in
multi-store management or department store sales leadership. - Strong understanding of
department store operations and retail KPIs. - Excellent interpersonal,
communication, and leadership skills. - Analytical mindset with the
ability to interpret sales data and derive actionable insights. - Proficient in MS Excel,
PowerPoint, and sales performance systems. - No hesitation to travel
frequently for store visits and relationship management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
