- Monitor performance for customer marketing actions and CRM KPIs.
- Perform customer data analysis to provide insights on customer trends, key products, and promotions.
- Reinforce Lacoste membership program by providing insights on customer segmentation, membership benefits, and customer behaviours.
- Manage customer engagement campaigns leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Lead customer survey and brand/store equity tracker to monitor brand asset
- Initiate research on trends and identifies emerging opportunities that the business could capitalize on and gain a competitive advantage in terms of consumer acquisition and retention in the market.
- Communicate and coordinate with all internal services and vendors for all customer data related subjects.

- Proven work experience as a CRM specialist with data management & analysis experience : 

- 4-6 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced and competitive market environment

- Solid experience with customer relationship management and KPI metrics

- Demonstrate a strategic mindset and be prepared to challenge existing practices

- Results driven; highly analytical and data liberate

- Commercially astute and creatively aware

- Practical knowledge of working with the CRM system:  Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Power BI Dashboards

- Team player with excellent people management and inter-personal skills

- Proactive & independent and willing to take initiatives

- Superb verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of comfort interpreting results and communicating insights

- Good understanding on consumer marketing

- Good English skill is required

- Experience in fashion, premium retail preferred
