CRM specialist with data management & analysis experience : - 4-6 years of relevant
experience in a fast-paced and competitive market environment - Solid experience with
customer relationship management and KPI metrics - Demonstrate a strategic
mindset and be prepared to challenge existing practices - Results driven; highly
analytical and data liberate - Commercially astute and
creatively aware - Practical knowledge of
working with the CRM system: Salesforce
Marketing Cloud / Power BI Dashboards - Team player with excellent
people management and inter-personal skills - Proactive & independent
and willing to take initiatives - Superb verbal and written
communication skills with a high degree of comfort interpreting results and
communicating insights - Good understanding on
consumer marketing - Good English skill is
required
