[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] O Compensation Analysis and Budget Planning: - Budget and analyze personnel and HR costs regularly. - Develop compensation strategies and policies by monitoring current practice and benchmark based on market trends. - Provide guidance and support to HR and management on compensation and benefits-related issues. - Operate annual performance appraisals with HRBP and HRD, and work closely with management team - Manage monthly payroll by communicating w/payroll vendor for income tax, social charge relevant report/filing. - Manage new employee personal data collection, entry & dispatch the data to payroll vendor. - Recommend / support developing incentive compensation programs, bonus plans, and other variable pay programs - Certificate issues (payslip, certificate of employment, certificate of tax reports) - Responsible for compensation survey and provide relevant report to Management.
O Benefits Administration: - Responsible for the administration of employee benefits, ensuring compliance with regulations and efficient delivery(health insurance, annual leave record tracking, Medical check up, Flexible benefit point, other benefit etc) - Recommend enhancements aligned with budget. - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for benefits providers. - Address employee inquiries on benefits by communicating program updates internally. - Support employees on related matters.
O Compliance and Risk Management: - Stay updated on local labor laws regarding compensation and benefits.
O Employee Health and Safety Management: - Handle Employee Health and Safety Management process and policies in alignment with business strategy, statutory regulation(H&S Committee, Risk Assessment, Industrial incident etc)
O Data Analysis and Reporting: - Use HRIS for metrics and trend analysis. - Provide insights and recommendations to management. - Present reports to senior leadership
