About the Role We are looking for a Digital Platforms & Website Manager to oversee Jeep and Peugeot digital platforms in Korea. This role is responsible for website management, digital project coordination, performance monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies to support business objectives and customer engagement. Responsibilities
- Manage Stellantis Korea brand websites (Jeep and Peugeot) to support business objectives and customer communication.
- Define website requirements and priorities with brand, sales, aftersales, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate website enhancements, optimization initiatives, digital projects, and platform updates with internal teams and external agencies.
- Manage content updates, model launches, campaign pages, and promotional activities across brand websites.
- Localize global digital platforms, content, and tools, and support regional and global digital initiatives.
- Support dealer digital projects and implementation of digital platforms.
- Manage online lead generation processes, including test drive, quotation, and service reservation forms.
- Monitor website leads, low-funnel actions, and key digital KPIs through Google Analytics, Salesforce, DMS, and related reporting tools.
- Coordinate digital marketing activities and website-related campaign support.
- Manage agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality execution.
- Support website security and compliance with legal, privacy, and global website guidelines.
