¢Â Job description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Manage all the operative activities related to the assigned OEM acting as the key customer representative within Pirelli group from the Quality viewpoint (e.g.: maintain relationships with the OEMs, guarantee internal/external communications about the customer needs and priorities, insert and update on each OEM`s web portal all the metrics and information required).
? Contribute to the In OE Business Process (OE wakeup meeting) supplying estimation of critical sizes and OEM quality evaluation for plants in order to evaluate new business opportunities.
? Guarantee any activity in line with the OE Project Management Plan in order to obtain factory/sizes final homologations released by OEMs.
? Support all the activities regarding the audits carried out by the OEMs during their audit at Pirelli plants, and finish and upload OEM audit report to Pirelli global quality system.
? Familiar & Highlight OEM special requirement and transfer to the local plant to ensure that OE customer
requirements are acknowledged and followed by all relevant internal functions and achieve customer certification Q1,JLRQ¡¦
? Ensure that the OE customer claims are collected (in the PPM database Pirelli reclaim system) and coordinate the operative actions aimed at analysing and solving the OEM claims interacting with the involved functions.
? Guarantee the proper G8D management interacting with all the involved functions (e.g. Sector/other pirelli plant OE Quality, Market Quality, R&D Technical Accounts, Logistics, T&Q...).
? Guarantee OE customer satisfaction survey proceed each year, and share with plant for the issue which OE customer /Fitting unit found to continuous improvement.
? For imported OE sizes, guarantee any activity with program timing stone in time and support to solve the imported tire claims with other Pirelli factory together to feedback to OEM.
