* 주요 업무
- Be responsible for providing regulatory support for the development and launch of Amway’s Beauty, Personal Care, and Beauty Devices products launched from East Innovation Center located in Seoul, Korea. - Guide product development teams in regulatory compliance of new and existing products is an expectation and responsibility of this role.
- Participate in concept reviews for our new products and ingredients, global formula approval, label development, international claims substantiation, and business continuance activities.
- Work in close partnership with our global regulatory affiliates to ensure global acceptability and compliance of Amway products.
- Be expected to provide formal leadership to the regulatory staff directly reporting to you and safety team with dotted line reporting.
* 자격 요건
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in beauty/personal care/ home care regulatory environment
- Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance and in interpreting regulatory issues
- Global exposure with experience working cross-functionally and on global project teams
- Talent to communicate across cultures, with the potential to influence stakeholders
- BS degree in a Science or Engineering discipline
