2. Key Responsibilities
  • 1) Lead and execute global marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth across international markets.
  • 2) Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to diverse audiences.
  • 3) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.
  • 4) Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • 5) Oversee SEO, performance marketing, content marketing, and digital acquisition strategies.
  • 6) Contribute to the expansion and positioning of Maaltalk in key global markets.

3. Qualifications

  • 1) Proven experience developing and executing global marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • 2) Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3) 3+ years of experience in global marketing, growth marketing, or related roles.
  • 4) Professional proficiency in both English and Korean.
  • 5) Must be based in, or able to commute to, Seoul, South Korea.
  • 6) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends, customer behavior, and performance data.
  • 7) Hands-on experience with performance marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and link-building strategies.
  • 8) Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • 9) Demonstrated track record of driving measurable marketing results and business growth.
  • 10) Proficiency with marketing platforms, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making.
