Bachelor¡¯s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience. -
Typically requires 9~15 years of professional experience and strong competency
with the various tools, systems, or procedures required to accomplish the job. -
9~15 years of experience in sales of Apparel, Footwear, Equipment, and/or
equivalent industry merchant experience -
Proven success meeting deadlines and sales/revenue goals in a dynamic,
fast-paced environment with elements of ambiguity. -
Experience working within integrated cross-functional teams with the ability to
establish effective working relationships internally and externally. -
Advanced knowledge of retail analytics. -
Advanced interpersonal skills, including relationship building, as well as
strong persuasive speaking and proven negotiation abilities. -
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency with
Microsoft Applications. -
Time management skills to handle sample lines, territory travel, tear down and
set ups, while maintaining order book and shipments. -
Travel: Substantial - 50% -
