1. HR Project Planning and Execution (50%)
- Design and implement key HR programs and systems (e.g., Better Company Project, EAP Program, Major Projects raised issued either CBA or Labor Management Council Meeting, ERP Program) aligned with Company¡¯s business strategy.
- Analyze and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
- Plan and execute company-wide HR initiatives and special projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

2. Labor Relations and Union Negotiations (35%)
- Employee Relation Support: Actively participate in union negotiations, providing essential data and insights to support wage discussions and collective bargaining.
- Labor Management Council: Coordinate, lead the Labor Management Council Meeting and follow up actions to support stakeholders. Collaborate with the CHRO, CEO, and ER team to develop negotiation strategies, including analyzing the financial implications of collective bargaining agreements.

3. HR Policy and Compliance (15%)
- Policy Advisement: Provide advice on HR policies to ensure compliance with Korean statutory regulations and company standards.
- Handbook Management: Ensure that the staff handbook is regularly reviewed and updated to comply with both Company's procedures and legal requirements.
